A-list celebrities can have different representatives for speaking, performances, brand partnerships and media. The right route depends on the request. Scurati knows this network and directs your enquiry to the right people, with a clear brief for your event.
Name the host, event purpose, audience, date, location and indicative budget. Describe the role you have in mind: a keynote, moderated conversation, performance or appearance. Explain why this person fits your event and what you would ask them to do.
There is no single rate: the person, format, location and scope affect the fee. Ask what the quote includes. Budget for travel, accommodation and production, and clarify any additional costs for accompanying staff, security or promotional activity.
Start early, with a preferred date and alternatives where possible. Lead times vary with the person and their other commitments. Allow time for discussions, agreements, travel and production, and keep alternative names in mind until the booking is confirmed.
Agree the format, duration and every additional activity. A reception, photo session, recording, livestream or social post should be discussed explicitly. Set out publicity and content use in the agreement rather than assuming they come with the appearance.
An enquiry or fee indication is not a confirmed booking. A firm offer sets out the proposed fee, date and scope for consideration. Obtain acceptance and complete the required agreement and payment arrangements before treating the appearance as secured.
