Dr. Noah Raford is a futurist who helped build the institutional future of Dubai. As a founding executive of the Dubai Future Foundation and the founding Executive Director of the Museum of the Future, he spent years at the center of one of the world's most ambitious government foresight efforts — serving as Futurist-in-Chief and as a senior advisor to the UAE Prime Minister's Office. A pioneer of applied futurism, he led a string of world-first initiatives, including the first fully 3D-printed building, the region's largest public-sector accelerator, and pioneering work on blockchain and autonomous mobility strategy.

Raford completed his PhD at MIT, his master's at the Bartlett School of Architecture at UCL, and his undergraduate degree at Brown University. He has served on the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics and as a Senior Research Fellow at the London School of Economics. Living between Dubai, London, and the United States, he advises governments, corporations, and family offices on emerging opportunities and the power shifts reshaping the GCC and beyond.
