Princess Castleberry is the founder of Castleberry Global and a leadership capacity strategist. She works with organisations on the judgment, alignment and execution required when demands on leaders exceed the capacity available to meet them. Her current focus connects workforce pressure, conflict and burnout with the human responsibilities that become more consequential as AI enters everyday work.
Her approach draws on a career in enterprise risk and organisational development, including work with Marsh, PulteGroup and Kelly Services. Experience across international business environments informs her attention to how individual behaviour interacts with operating conditions. She holds a bachelor's degree in international business from Illinois Wesleyan University and a master's degree in training and organisational development from Oakland University. Her book The Truth Is in the Trigger examines recurring reactions that can reveal the sources of stress and burnout.
Castleberry's Live, Lead, and Build Leverage framework connects personal awareness with leadership practice and the systems surrounding a team.
