speaker Bio: 

Andrea Geremicca is the Director General of the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability (EIIS) in Rome, where he helps major European companies and organizations understand and achieve their sustainability goals. An adjunct professor at LUISS and LUMSA teaching Innovation for Sustainability, and a faculty member at Singularity University as a global expert on innovation and foresight, he has been a contributor to the Harvard Business Review since 2019, analyzing emerging trends and future scenarios. He has lectured at the Harvard Kennedy School and Sciences Po in Paris and delivered two TEDx talks.

An entrepreneur before he was an academic, Geremicca founded and led two successful startups with exits in 2012 and 2020, and is an advisor and angel investor to international startups. He completed the Harvard Business School Executive Programme in 2018, focused on driving innovation in large organizations, and is the author of Circular Economy Manager. His distinctive position sits at the intersection of foresight, technology, and sustainability — helping organizations see sustainability not as a box-ticking obligation but as the core capability that determines whether they endure.
