Dr. Rebecca Homkes is a globally recognized strategist, business educator, and author who has spent fifteen years advising fast-growing companies and Fortune 500 enterprises on how to navigate radical change. She is a Lecturer in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School (LBS), serves on the faculty of Duke Corporate Education and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Henderson Institute, and is the Global Faculty Director of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Active Learning Program. She is the author of Survive, Reset, Thrive: Leading Breakthrough Growth Strategy in Volatile Times (Kogan Page, 2024), named the 2025 Leadership Book of the Year.
Dr. Homkes’ strategic authority is rooted in deep, global advisory experience across several sectors. She has worked with leading executives in Europe, the Americas, and the GCC region, helping organizations build resilience during major macroeconomic crises. A frequent presenter at high-level forums including the World Economic Forum, she holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics, where she was a Commonwealth Scholar. Based in London and Miami, she actively helps leadership teams simplify complex environments, align their strategy with execution, and turn disruptive threats into long-term market opportunities.
